Key Responsibilities • Buying and Vendors: Find suppliers, get price quotes, negotiate contracts, and build good working relationships. • Stock Control: Check inventory levels, track orders, and prevent stock shortages or excess storage. • Logistics and Shipping: Plan transport routes, coordinate deliveries, and monitor freight movement. • Data and Reports: Analyze supply data, track performance numbers, and write status reports. Job Requirements • Education: Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business administration, or a related field. • Experience: 2 to 5 years of work experience in purchasing, inventory, or shipping. • Computer Skills: Good with spreadsheets (Excel) and enterprise software like SAP or Oracle (ERP systems). • Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
